No. All 15 conversion categories, favorites, and history work fully offline — no data is sent anywhere.

How many languages does MetriGO support?

15 interface languages, with correct pluralization for Slavic and Baltic languages.

Is there an iOS version?

Not yet, and there's no iOS release planned right now.
