Privacy Policy

The CollectiGO mobile app does not collect your collection items, photos, notes, tags, wishlist entries, or custom fields on a CollectiGO server.

If you contact the developer through the website or a future notification form, the information you choose to submit, such as your email address and message, may be used only to respond to that request.

The mobile app may send anonymous technical diagnostics (crash/error reports and periodic usage pings) to help keep the app stable. Error reports are kept for 90 days and usage pings for 180 days, after which the underlying device identifiers are deleted; aggregated, anonymous statistics may be kept longer.

The optional community website account uses your email address only to send a one-time sign-in link; no password is stored. Your chosen display name is public and shown next to anything you post.

Posts, comments, votes, and subscriptions you create in the community section are stored and may be publicly visible. If you report content, the report and its content are reviewed by the developer for moderation.

Deleting your community account removes your login credentials. If you have posted content, the account is anonymized rather than erased so that public discussions stay coherent for other users; the content is no longer linked to your email or display name.

Collection data is stored locally on your device. The app is built to work offline and does not need a server connection to catalogue, search, or manage your archive.

You are responsible for device backups and any files you export or share from the app.

App store providers, operating systems, email providers, or hosting infrastructure may process technical data under their own privacy policies.

CollectiGO does not sell personal data and does not use collection data for advertising.

This app is not directed at children under 13, and personal information is not knowingly collected from children under that age. Because the app works fully offline and does not collect personal data from any user, this is unlikely to happen in practice. If you believe a child has provided personal information anyway — for example, through the contact form — contact [email protected] and it will be deleted.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. The app stores your data locally on your device rather than on a server, but you are responsible for your device's own security, such as its lock screen, operating system updates, and backups. Messages sent through the contact form travel over standard email infrastructure and are not end-to-end encrypted.

When you send an email, your email provider and the recipient email service process that message according to their own policies.

This policy may change as CollectiGO adds new features, store listings, or optional services.

When material changes are made, the last updated date on this page will be changed.
