Terms of Use
These terms describe the basic rules for using the CollectiGO website and mobile app.
Acceptance
By using CollectiGO, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or the mobile app.
CollectiGO may change these terms as the product evolves. The latest version will be published on this page.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract to use this app, and you must meet any minimum age required by your app store and by the laws of your country to use software without a parent or guardian's consent. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child is using the app, these terms apply to you as well.
License
CollectiGO grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for managing your own collections.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or modify the app except where applicable law explicitly allows it.
Intellectual Property
The app's name, logo, design, and content — other than the data you create yourself — are owned by the developer. Using the app does not transfer any ownership of these to you, beyond the limited license to use the app described above.
Prohibited Use
Do not use CollectiGO to store, share, or distribute content that violates law, third-party rights, or platform policies.
Do not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security controls, abuse future APIs, or interfere with other users.
Community Content
The community section lets signed-in users post ideas, bugs, questions, comments, and votes. Content you submit must follow the community guidelines at /community/guidelines and must not be illegal, harassing, or infringe on others' rights.
You keep ownership of what you post, but grant CollectiGO a license to display, moderate, and, where relevant, act on it (for example, converting a suggestion into a public feature request).
Reported or rule-breaking content may be removed, and accounts that violate these terms may be restricted or banned from posting.
Disclaimer
CollectiGO is provided as is, without warranties of availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.
You are responsible for backing up your device and exported collection data. CollectiGO is not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, user action, platform changes, or third-party services.
Termination
The developer may discontinue, suspend, or change the app, or any optional online service it offers (such as community features, where available), at any time, including removing it from app stores. Because the app works offline, this does not affect data already stored on your device.
Governing Law
These terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws applicable to the developer unless mandatory local consumer protection rules apply.
