No. Signal scanning, direction estimation, and history all run entirely on your device — no data is sent anywhere.

Does it work with any Bluetooth device?

Yes, any device advertising over Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) can be searched for — TraciGO isn't tied to a specific manufacturer or product.

Is there an iOS version?

Not yet, and there's no iOS release planned right now.
