Terms of Use

Last updated: August 12, 2026

These terms govern your use of TraciGO. By using the app, you agree to them.

Use of the App

TraciGO is provided free of charge to help locate lost Bluetooth Low Energy devices. Direction and distance estimates are approximate and depend on environment, obstacles, and device hardware.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use this app, and you must meet any minimum age required by your app store and by the laws of your country to use software without a parent or guardian's consent. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child is using the app, these terms apply to you as well.

Intellectual Property

The app's name, logo, design, and content — other than the data you create yourself — are owned by the developer. Using the app does not transfer any ownership of these to you, beyond the limited license to use the app described above.

No Warranty

TraciGO is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, including any guarantee that a device will be located.

Limitation of Liability

The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, TraciGO.

Termination

The developer may discontinue, suspend, or change the app, or any optional online service it offers (such as community features, where available), at any time, including removing it from app stores. Because the app works offline, this does not affect data already stored on your device.

Governing Law

These terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws applicable to the developer unless mandatory local consumer protection rules apply.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the app evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
